At Cerebrix, we take pride in the quality of every product we create. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds

We currently accept returns and refunds only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return or refund, please contact info@cerebrixclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review your request.

Once approved, a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund will be provided depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We understand sizing can be difficult when shopping online.

If you need a different size, we may offer a size exchange if inventory is still available. Customers are responsible for contacting us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Because all drops are produced in limited quantities, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

    •    Change of mind

    •    Incorrect size selection

    •    Buyer’s remorse

    •    Worn items

    •    Washed items

    •    Items damaged through normal use

    •    Final sale items

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Cerebrix is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.
